Returns and reprints

Everything we make is personalised with your photos, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

We'll reprint or refund if

• your magnets arrive damaged or faulty
• we printed something different from the design you approved in the editor
• your order doesn't arrive

Email hello@magnetphoto.com.au within [14] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Before you order

Please check your design carefully in the editor: spelling, dates and how your photo is framed. We print exactly what you approve, so a typo or a crop you chose isn't a fault we can reprint for free.

These terms don't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
